TCT
TCT tungsten carbide tipped steel is characterized by ultra-high hardness, excellent toughness, good durability and strong abrasion resistance. Compared with the standard high-speed steel, it enjoys several times higher service life, and also can withstand higher temperatures. Hence, TCT steel is widely used as the material of paper cutting tools, metal forming tools and so on.

SKH-9/M2/SKH51
SKH-9/M2/SKH51 belongs to the molybdenum-based high-speed steel, and can withstand high temperatures. It is generally used in the cutting work under high temperature. It also features good toughness, wear resistance and machining properties.

SKD-11/D2
SKD-11/D2 belongs to the high-carbon and high-chromium alloy tool steel. After heat treatment, it comes with up to HRC60 high hardness, good toughness and no deformation. With 12% chromium, it achieves nearly perfect wear resistance. Even if the steel goes through full annealing, it is still be able to retain its wear resistance.

SKD-61/H13
SKD-61/H13 senior high temperature alloy steel containing tungsten components has good machinability and heat balance. The steel has high hardenability and thermal cracking resistance. Due to a high content of carbon and vanadium, it enjoys good wear resistance. With good heat resistance, the steel maintains good strength and hardness, as well as high wear resistance and toughness at high temperatures. It also features excellent mechanical properties and high temper resistance.

SUJ-2/52100
52100 bearing steel can obtain good edge retention and toughness when used as blade material. It contains relatively high alloying elements and the price is cheap. This high carbon chromium bearing steel also has good cutting performance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, but poor welding properties.

SK5
SK5 steel features good stability, strong flexibility, and wide applications. After tempering, it enjoys high hardness and abrasion resistance, but it is easily deformable and low in red hardness, plasticity and strength. It can be used as the tool to cut metal and other materials.

9Mn2V/1.2842
9Mn2V/1.2842 is an economical type of low alloy tool steel that has better comprehensive mechanical properties than carbon tool steel, containing no Ni and Cr elements. It has the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance, good hardenability and small deformation after quenching. Therefore, it is suitable for production of small cold mold, precision measuring tools, precision screw, grinder spindle, etc.

9CrSi
9CrSi belongs to a common low-alloy tool steel, coming with the characteristics of high hardening capacity and temper resistance. It can be used in the manufacture of low-speed cutting tools with complex shapes, small deformation, and high wear resistance, such as drill bits, taps and dies, reamers, and so on.

65Mn
65Mn has excellent overall performance, such as mechanical properties (especially elastic limit, ultimate strength, and yield ratio), elasticity attenuation resistance, anti-fatigue performance, hardenability, physical and chemical properties (heat resistance, low temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, etc.). In order to satisfy these performance requirements, the spring steel should be processed with excellent metallurgical quality (high purity and uniformity), good surface quality (strict control of surface defects and decarburization), and precise shape and dimensions.
