1. Material selection
Different materials of blade can be selected according to customers' requirement of toughness and wear resistance. The chemical composition of the material is optimized and scientifically controlled. In addition to conventional elements, we add the right amount of valuable rare elements as the main metamorphic agent. To quickly and accurately detect and adjust the chemical composition, the company invested a lot of money on the laboratory equipment to ensure that the products can reach the target. As for different thickness of materials to be cut, we developed a series of high-alloy knives.

2. Forging
Through the forging of metal in the smelting process can eliminate the generated as-cast defects such as looseness, and optimize the microstructure. At the same time, as forging preserves the complete metal flow line, the mechanical properties of forgings are generally superior to the same material castings. Most of the important machinery parts with high loads and harsh working conditions use forgings, in addition to some parts of relatively simple shape that use rolled plates, profiles or welded parts.

3. Heat treatment
Heat treatment is a very important process to ensure and improve product quality. Good cutting quality can be fully manifested only with advanced heat treatment equipment and heat treatment process. The company has advanced heat treatment equipment, thus allowing the castings to transform in accordance with the required standards of the matrix structure within a specific time and process, so as to achieve a great unity. This is what we have achieved through continuous research, development and persistent efforts.

4. Machining
With the continuous improvement of sheet metal machining accuracy, we developed an ultra-high-precision cutting tool, so far the precision of which can only be matched by the milling cutter. ± 0.001mm thickness tolerances and Ra0.1μm surface roughness is our conventional standards. With our technological know-how and expertise, we can also meet customers' higher tolerance requirement of thickness, parallelism, flatness, outer and inner circle. Now we can ensure a thickness tolerance of ± 0.0005mm and a certain inner circle tolerance of H3. Inspection of all high-precision products is carried out at constant temperature indoors.
