Upper Slitter Blade
The upper slitting blade, combined with the lower blade, can be applied to the cutting of roll adhesive sticker, silicone paper, label paper, non-woven fabric, toilet paper, adhesive tape, aluminum foil, film, kraft paper, etc. It comes with sharp cutting edge, good abrasion resistance, small cutting resistance, and a high cutting accuracy of up to 0.003mm. It is available in the materials of 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, W6Mo5Cr4v2, and so on.

Knife Holder
The standard knife holder mainly has gland, circlip and self-locking types. It can be matched with shaft 45, 48, 50, 52, 55, 58, 60, 65, 80 mm and blade 105*70*1.2, 118*80*1.2, 130*80*1.2, 140*90*1.2 mm. Non-standard tool holder can be customized according to the client's requirements, and please specify shaft diameter and blade specifications.
Multi-Edge Cutter Ring
The cutter ring with multiple cutting edges is suitable for paper making. It can cut various kraft paper, white paper, newsprint, cigarette paper, etc. is characterized by high precision, sharp edge and durable use. Standard specifications include Ø400xØ374x88, Ø300xØ270x88, Ø280xØ240x92, Ø200xØ165x92, Ø200xØ180x55, Ø152xØ140x50, and Ø114xØ100x40 mm.
Crosscut knife
The crosscut knife is mainly used for the crosscutting of the leather, paper, plastic film, rubber, PP, PVC, copper foil, aluminum foil and other materials. It can achieve smooth incision without burrs and durable use.
Printing Ink Scraper
The ink scraper is a piece of thin blade used to scrape off the excess ink on the surface of the roller equipped in the printing press. With high wear resistance and efficiency, it is able to ensure high printing quality of the paper. It adopts high quality materials which are clean and free of impurities. According to different scraper substrate, the product can be divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic and coating scrapers.
Coater Knife
The coater knife is available in stainless steel, PE, composite material, alloy steel coating and stainless steel coating. Its knife edge has trapezoidal, single-sided, and double-sided types. It is suitable for the coater with an ultra high speed of 400~500m, high speed of 300m/min, medium speed of 200m/min, and low speed of 100m/min.

Advantages

Dashed Knife (Perforation Knife)
Our dashed knife has U, V, oblique V toothed shapes, and is widely used in the making of tissues, napkins, paper handkerchiefs, toilet papers, etc. It effectively solves the cutting difficulty of the perforating machine. The perforation fixed blade and fly cutter matching with the rewinder has reasonable wear resistance ratio. The fixed knife uses CNC machine tools to open teeth, while the parallelism tolerance of fly cutter is controlled within 0.01mm, thus ensuring high perforating accuracy. It also achieves labor saving, smooth incision and other advantages. This type of cutting blade is available in materials such as 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2, W18Cr4V, etc.
